You will join a team of 22 passionate people.

Main responsibilities

As Head of Alliances and Key Accounts, you will play a key role in Webmecanik’s expansion. Reporting to the Sales/Marketing division, you will be supported by the revenue leadership.
 
Your missions:

Win new strategic clients (mid-market/enterprise)

  • Develop account plans for strategic prospects and customers.
  • Attend events to generate new opportunities or strengthen established ties with our business relationships.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager team to maximize opportunities with our existing key accounts.

Develop our partner network

  • Identify, prospect, and collaborate with reseller partners (marketing consulting agencies, Independent Software Vendors).
  • Structure and animate an ecosystem of referrers.

Achieve objectives

  • Grow revenue/sign new accounts.
  • Contribute to sustainable and high-quality company growth.

Desired profile

For this strategic role, we are looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced: you have significant experience in B2B business development, particularly in managing partners and key accounts.
  • Excellent at building relationships: creating and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders comes naturally to you.
  • Strategic and rigorous: you know how to develop account plans and lead impactful commercial initiatives.
  • Motivated by collective success: you enjoy working as a team and are driven by an attractive variable compensation.
  • Proactive and autonomous: you enjoy tackling challenges and proposing creative solutions.
  • Mobile: you like being in contact with executives, marketing and sales leaders, and travel is one of the aspects of the job that motivates you.
