Who is the marketing automation and CRM duo training for?

The Webmecanik Academy training module on the CRM and marketing automation duo is intended for sales teams as well as marketing teams.

Prerequisites: basic knowledge of marketing or sales and customer relationship management – the company being trained has a website and the teams being trained work in roles related to customer relations or marketing. Use of the Webmecanik Pipeline or Webmecanik Automation software.

Teaching methods

Through the Webmecanik Academy method, you will train with different educational formats (video, quiz) based on the theoretical discovery of the CRM and marketing automation environment (vocabulary, use cases, etc.) and a direct application of these concepts to your company in the form of exercises and practical work.
