Features improvements

Progressive profiling

Progressive profiling is a Webmecanik Automation feature that allows you to display form fields gradually as your contacts visit. This way, you will collect different information for each form submission, without requiring your prospects or customers to fill out many fields.

Now, it’s possible to use this feature for company fields in addition to the contact fields already available. You learn more about the accounts that are interested in your products!

SMS

SMS is one of the communication channels available on Webmecanik Automation. Just like emails, it’s important to consider your contacts’ desire to unsubscribe from SMS. This feature is already available thanks to the implementation of STOP SMS.

With the improved synchronization with Retarus, it’s now possible to re-register your contacts to this channel if they wish, through a campaign, a form, or manually via a contact card.

New segment filters

New segment filters are available on Webmecanik Automation! You can now filter on new criteria to target more precisely the recipients of your communications and marketing campaign.

  • Campaign current membership: a segment is populated with contacts that are currently in a campaign. 
  • Has been member of campaign: a segment is populated with contacts who have already been a member of a campaign.
  • Last email sent date: a segment is populated with all the contacts who received an email at a precise date.
  • Form submitted: a segment is populated with all the leads who submitted that form.
  • First and last conversion: a segment is populated with all the leads who submitted that form first (or last) .
  • First and last conversion date: you can populate the segment filtering with the date of the first submission (or the last submission).
  • Has participated to any webinar (with Livestorm integration): a segment is populated with all contacts who participated in at least one event.

Custom objects

The advanced Custom Objects feature of Webmecanik Automation allows you to create new data tables to centralize your customer data (orders, products, etc.). You can create new families of custom fields to go further in personalizing your marketing actions.

The use of this feature is now simplified with the new API enhancements and improved number fields:

  • Possibility to create an item without having to create a contact via the API
  • Ability to display the alias on the fields to facilitate synchronization with the API
  • New field type: decimal number
