Filters for your Contact and Company Lists 💡
Are you looking to filter your contact and company lists? Today, it's possible for all Webmecanik Pipeline users. Create prospecting lists by filtering data based on your contacts' and companies' activities and opportunities information.
The available filters are the same for both companies and contacts:
- Contact Owner: Choose to display only your contacts or your colleagues' contacts.
- Activity Status: Create lists of contacts and companies based on upcoming, overdue, or completed activities. Set up your next sales actions for contacts who need it.
- Opportunity Status: Show contacts and companies based on their opportunity status (open, won, lost) or opportunity stage.
- Opportunity Closing Date: Filter contacts and companies with opportunities closing within a defined period.
The filters can be combined, allowing you to refine your searches more precisely. 🔍
Leverage your filtered contact and company lists by mass-selecting your data and exporting it with just one click. This way, you have access to all the information about your contacts and can use it in your sales campaigns.
As a reminder, you can mass edit or delete contacts and companies. With the new filters, you can now more easily select the data you want to edit.
