6/7 timeless marketing strategies: social media

If you have not yet implemented a digital marketing strategy for your business, then you are missing out on a great many opportunities.

It is true that “online” marketing can seem intimidating and complicated. This can discourage even the most determined entrepreneurs from implementing an online marketing plan. 2. Listening to internet users through social media (or social listening)

You may not think of social media as a customer service tool, but it can prove to be very effective. By managing your reputation through an active presence on social media, you can protect your business from negative or uncontrolled press, or improve your brand’s positive image.
