Training outline
Who is the “Use your Webmecanik Pipeline CRM features” training for?
The Webmecanik Academy training module on using the features of the Webmecanik Pipeline CRM is intended for sales teams as well as marketing teams.
Prerequisites: basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management – the company being trained has a website and the teams being trained work in roles related to customer relations. Use of the Webmecanik Pipeline software.
Teaching methods
Through the Webmecanik Academy method, you will train using different educational formats (video, quiz) based on the theoretical discovery of the CRM environment (vocabulary, use cases, etc.) and direct application of these concepts to your company in the form of exercises and practical work.
These digital formats allow you to progress at your own pace.
Instructors
The instructor(s) are specialists in new technologies and the Webmecanik Pipeline software. They have sufficient hands-on experience with the tool to teach it effectively. Most of them also teach students as part of degree programs.
