Edit your custom fields.
Move from a standard CRM to a tailor-made CRM, adapted to your daily use. Create contact or company fields where the values you need for your customer relationship will be stored!
Import your database.
Populate your CRM with your contacts’ information. In just a few clicks, your data is imported and stored in Europe, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Customize your sales pipeline.
Choose and modify the column view of the sales pipeline in your CRM according to your needs. Create a tailor-made customer journey based on the stages of your contacts’ conversion path!
Manage your users’ roles.
Add and modify your team’s software access roles.
Who is the “Configure the Webmecanik Pipeline CRM” training for?
The Webmecanik Academy training module on configuring the Webmecanik Pipeline CRM is intended for sales teams as well as marketing.
Prerequisites: basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management – the company being trained has a website and the teams being trained are in roles related to customer relations. Use of the Webmecanik Pipeline software.
Teaching methods
Through the Webmecanik Academy method, you will train with different educational formats (video, quiz) based on the theoretical discovery of the CRM environment (vocabulary, use cases…) and a direct application of these concepts to your company in the form of exercises and practical work.
These digital formats allow you to progress at your own pace.
Instructors
The instructor(s) are specialists in new technologies and the Webmecanik Pipeline software. They have sufficient hands-on experience with the tool to teach it. Most of them also teach students in degree programs.
