Founded by two managers from major consulting groups, sharing the same entrepreneurial spirit, KEOLIA IT is an independent firm focused on business expertise.

What problems does Keolia IT solve?

What led KEOLIA IT to use a CRM tool?

Like many others, we stored all our prospects and clients in spreadsheets. However, it quickly became impossible to leverage this data. And even less so to manage it, create alerts and proactive actions.

We then looked for a software solution that would meet our need for simplified management and follow-up of our clients and prospects. We wanted to increase the frequency of prospect follow-ups. And above all, ensure regular follow-up of our clients in order to improve our retention and referral rates.

What are the lasting results of using your CRM?

With the different modules of Webmecanik’s CRM, we found a way to manage our business with activity tracking that is very easy to use. Our Business Developers use them daily as part of their sales work. We have since seen an increase of more than 10% in the volume of contracts signed with our clients. And therefore a much better return on our sales budgets, including both salaries and expenses, as well as all operational marketing investments such as advertising or events.

Overall, what feedback do you have on your relationship with your CRM?

Webmecanik’s CRM solution has allowed us to accelerate our growth while making it easier to monitor our client portfolio. It is not so easy to roll out a new solution across teams. The obvious added value of our CRM for the salespeople made it simply indispensable.

Moreover, we manage the diversity of our assignments, which range from candidate recruitment to individualized coaching, even better because we can segment companies and contacts in order to provide them with more complete information about KEOLIA IT. Thanks to our CRM we can make additional sales – cross-selling or add-on selling – which not only strengthens the relationship over time, but also increases average customer value.
