Marketing Performance Challenge

The objective of the DEVCOM Marketing Performance Challenge is to identify and reward the best tools, real-life cases or innovations enabling companies to develop their sales, customer loyalty and communication. To do so, it brings together marketing and communication directors from the region who will judge the demonstrations of the candidate companies at DEVCOM Lyon Rhône Alpes on March 22, 2012. So come attend the Challenge award ceremony between 1:25 p.m. and 2:10 p.m. on the TV set!

Rémy  PERNOT Rémy PERNOT, Director of Relationship Marketing and Services CEGID At 41 years old, a graduate of EM Lyon, after 10 years spent within an IT services company and a software publisher, he joined the Cegid group to ensure the development and management of the service activities of the “accountants and very small businesses” division. Today, he leads a new activity created in September 2010: customer relationship marketing. His mission is to strengthen the ties between Cegid and its customers through the implementation of more individualized, more interactive and richer relationships. With his team, he initiated the internal awareness and information program around customer relations (Customer Power); for the group, he leads projects aimed at better understanding and identifying customer expectations, responding to them better by using, among other things, the opportunities offered by Web 2.0, and finally building the world associated with the Cegid product brand: Yourcegid.
Christian FIZET Christian FIZET, Marketing Director CAISSE D’ÉPARGNE RHONE-ALPES LYON After starting his career in the oil industry, Christian FIZET joined the Caisse d’Epargne Group in 1980, where he has since held various marketing positions, both at Group level and within the regional savings banks, particularly in the Paris region. In 1997, he became Marketing Director of Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes in Lyon. He has held both strategic marketing positions (launch of adjustable mortgage loans, structuring of the range of banking products for the Caisses d’Epargne, etc.) and operational marketing positions within the regional savings banks.
Pauline BOYER MARTIN Pauline BOYER MARTIN, Marketing Director JOA GROUPE Pauline Boyer Martin has 15 years of experience in strategic and operational Marketing, serving brands and retail. And before that… eleven years between FMCG and Luxury, always serving strong brands, with a significant retail dimension and strategic marketing at the heart of these brands.
Emmanuelle  VINEL Emmanuelle VINEL, Marketing Director DOMEO Emmanuelle Vinel has 13 years of experience in Marketing serving major brands in the telecommunications sector. Since 2010, she has been Marketing/Communications Director of Domeo in Lyon, a company marketing emergency assistance contracts in plumbing, electricity, and gas
Nathalie  GAREL Nathalie GAREL, Communication Manager AVIVA Nathalie GAREL, AVIVA Communication Manager, has a dual background in Communication & Business Development. She worked for 18 years in communication agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi Paris, CLM / BBDO Paris, Jump or DDB in Lyon, as Brand Manager or Sales Director on international and national accounts. She then participated in the business development of organizations such as Aviso Conseil, Barré & Associés or Les Producteurs. Since October 2010, she has been Head of the Aviva Communication Department, in charge of external and internal communication, operational and commercial communication (promotions, in-store merchandising), PR and Web initiatives (sites, web marketing, social networks and media planning)
Stéphane CAO Stéphane CAO, Group Marketing and Sales Director ZOLPAN Stéphane CAO joined the ZOPLAN group in 1996 where he has since held various sales positions. Since 2006, he has been Group Marketing & Sales Director.
