Please note: any visitor visiting your site will be associated with an IP address and a cookie of their own. As long as they have not provided their email address (for example by downloading a document, submitting a contact request, etc.) the visitor remains anonymous. It will be impossible for you to communicate with them; however, all tracking is recorded. Thus, when their email address is associated with their IP address (and their cookie), you will then benefit from their entire history, starting from their first visit.
What is my contact doing?
Associate your demographic data from your CRM with the behavioral data that your contact gives you by browsing your site.
Once my visitor becomes a contact with a linked email address, you will be able to view all of their behavior thanks to the contact’s activity feed. Be informed of the pages viewed by your visitor and the time spent on each of them. Also know whether or not they opened/clicked your email and much more, since every action is recorded. It is up to you to observe what interests you and use it intelligently to communicate appropriately and help your visitor get the right information at the right time.

Your sales rep will be able to adjust their pitch according to their visitor’s behavior, or more precisely, their need.
