Eureos is becoming Webmecanik and is adopting the name of its Marketing Automation solution, software developed on shared open-source code. “This name change marks our entry into a fast-growing global community that already includes more than 100 developers,” says Stéphane Couleaud, the company’s CEO. The small business, which had been providing web marketing services, is now focusing on its core business as a software publisher in the Marketing Automation market. A decision in line with the economic environment: “In the age of uberization, new intermediaries are moving into every type of business and placing themselves between the brand and the consumer; TripAdvisor in the hotel industry is a prime example. The consequence is that businesses give up a large part of their margin and no longer control their customer relationship.” This market paradigm shift, combined with strong experience in improving customer relationships through the web… was more than enough for the entrepreneur and his team to seize the opportunity. By developing an ecosystem of solutions around Marketing Automation, the company enables manufacturers to regain control of their customer relationship by offering a personalized and unique purchasing experience to each visitor.
