“Marketing automation and tourism: What if we stopped getting robbed by the giants of the web?” at the Tourism Professional Meeting 2015 at HES-So in Sierre on December 4, 2015
On Friday, December 4 in Sierres, Switzerland, around 300 tourism professionals came to Tpm2015 at the School of Management and Tourism for a full day to attend conferences and keynotes on the theme “Sharing Economy and New Digital Marketing Trends”.
At the invitation of Roland Shegg, we worked with the Paprika agency on the takeover of the customer relationship by the giants of the web: booking, hotel, tripadvidor, etc. Drawing on our client cases Deep Nature and Seine-Maritime Tourisme, we explain how to reclaim the customer relationship through a strong brand strategy, relevant content sent to the right people, at the right time, through the right communication channel. Hoteliers, Tourist Offices, and consultants from the hotel sector shared their experiences and projects in this area with us.
