Here the idea is ultra simple : you start a conversation with your visitors in your physical stores by offering them a coffee by scanning a QR code, by using the loyalty card, or quite simply by entering the email address. The coffee capsule drops, the magic of connected devices, and off we go! Your customer drinks their coffee and you can start the relationship by email and you have information about traffic in the store. It cost you 25 cents.

We did not expect to create such a buzz with our POC #1mail1café during our last conference at Digital X Outdoor last month.

Participants could interact live by scanning the famous QR code and were thus offered a coffee capsule (although they still had to catch Stéphane’s throws).

So for all those who missed the first session, we are organizing a catch-up session during our conference at High5 organized by Digital Savoie : “Boost your customer relationship with your coffee machine” hosted by Stéphane Couleaud and Jérôme Chambard from Skiply.
