Your coffee machine generates business! #1mail1café

Save the date for High5 #2

In this article, discover how to turn your coffee machine into a machine for generating customer relationships and therefore business. To learn more, sign up for our conference on this topic at High5 organized by Digital Savoie on Tuesday, May 19 at 6 p.m. at Savoie Hexapole (Méry).

You underestimate your coffee machine !

Every business relationship starts with a coffee.

Offering a coffee to your customer allows the salesperson to start the discussion with a great deal of goodwill, so why go without it?

Here the idea is ultra simple : you start a conversation with your visitors in your physical stores by offering them a coffee by scanning a QR code, by using the loyalty card, or quite simply by entering the email address. The coffee capsule drops, the magic of connected devices, and off we go! Your customer drinks their coffee and you can start the relationship by email and you have information about traffic in the store. It cost you 25 cents.

From now on, data is collected no longer only on the web but also in-store, and the two are connected. This is store2web.

The business relationship begins on a pleasant note; it’s up to you to continue the customer experience with Marketing Automation, which will manage communication pressure and content according to your customer’s behavior.

Continue the close relationship online

More than 90% of retail sales still take place in physical stores.

The relationship has begun, it is human and empathetic. You know your prospects’ behavior, the challenge now is to continue offering them an ideal digital experience.

Choose a global strategy: we will then define a scenario according to the buying journey, interests, maturity level, and channels used.

You create targeted content. Thanks to behavioral tracking, you can score, segment, and nurture your prospects throughout the buying cycle.

The brand can then offer targeted marketing actions with the participation of physical stores: product launches and tests for enthusiasts, sporting events for competitors, targeted promotions… This is web2store.

The result is crystal clear: customer retention for the brand, margins and additional sales for the shops.

Interactive conference “Boost your customer relationship with your coffee machine” : What else ?

We did not expect to create such a buzz with our POC #1mail1café during our last conference at Digital X Outdoor last month.

Participants could interact live by scanning the famous QR code and were thus offered a coffee capsule (although they still had to catch Stéphane’s throws).

So for all those who missed the first session, we are organizing a catch-up session during our conference at High5 organized by Digital Savoie : “Boost your customer relationship with your coffee machine” hosted by Stéphane Couleaud and Jérôme Chambard from Skiply.

We look forward to seeing many of you on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Savoie Hexapole (Méry). After we’ve gone through our stock of coffee capsules, there will be 3 pitches given by Valéry Tarondeau (Fidelisa and Webmecanik partner precisely on our Retail offer) Mathieu Cura (Optimistik) and Michel Meunier (Coturnix) followed by a networking drinks reception.

Register online here; entry is free but registration is mandatory.
