Contents of the Automation update – August 2018
You will find new ways to use the email channel with RSS to Email and email reply management, recurring campaigns and many other things.
Also note that the entire campaign and segment system has been redeveloped to drastically improve calculation performance. No changes on the interface side, calculation speed multiplied by 100.

Campaigns
- A new campaign action allows you to restart the contact at the beginning of the campaign! Useful for a birthday campaign for example.
- Segment within your campaign based on the contact’s UTMs thanks to a new campaign condition.
- Your contacts can now jump from one campaign branch to another with a new campaign action!
- In your Sales Automation campaigns in particular, you can now automate the relationship depending on whether your contact has replied to you or not! Read the tutorial.
Channels
- RSS to Email: You can set up emails with content automatically generated from one or more RSS feeds! Read the tutorial.
Reports
- New data source for your reports based on UTMs. Create simple reports based on this!
