If no data is available, then the AI uses the most recent activity or sends the email immediately. This innovation helps improve email open and engagement rates and target your emails according to each contact in the database.

It is also possible to optimize the sending time of your emails during your marketing campaigns, thanks to a feature that adjusts the timing of sends for each contact. Your contacts’ past interactions, such as the opening times of previous emails and behaviors on the website, allow the AI to determine the ideal time to send campaign emails. Our goal is for this option to also generate SMS and WhatsApp messages. This feature would save time while also offering quality content.

It could offer you message templates and campaign templates. All these features are designed to improve the engagement of your customers & prospects with your brand.
