Choose where to host your data!

When you open a Webmecanik Automation account, you can freely choose the physical deployment location (France, Switzerland, United States, Australia). At that time, we prepare a dedicated environment.

This allows us to ensure that your data are indeed in the country you chose and that accounts are properly segregated. Managing your data is a critical issue for you; what is critical for you is essential for us.

The security of personal data

The hosting and security of your data are essential components in choosing a SaaS Marketing Automation tool. That is why at Webmecanik we have made uncompromising choices to preserve the integrity and security of your data.

In recent years, with the rise of terrorism, many freedom-restricting laws have been passed around the world. We can primarily address the “Patriot Act” and the “Safe Harbor” in the United States, which grant the U.S. government unlimited access to data processed on U.S. soil and to data managed by American companies even if they are hosted outside U.S. territory.

The latest French laws such as the LPM (Military Programming Law) establish a right of access for French intelligence services to data transiting the national Internet network and leaving Data Centers.

We treat your users’ data as if it were our own. For this reason we offer to host all of your clients’ data (application and database) in the best Data Centers in Europe on our own virtualized and redundant infrastructures.

You can now choose to host your data:

  • In France Tier IV Data Center
  • In Switzerland at Exoscale in a Data Center located in Lausanne

We are currently working on hosting in Germany, the United Kingdom, and other countries on request. Contact us to discuss it.

It is even possible to have an On-Premise version where we would install your Marketing Automation software directly on your technical infrastructure. You maintain the infrastructure, we maintain the operating system (Debian in its latest stable version) and the Webmecanik Automation instance for you.
