Hosting
In the case of Mautic, the onus is on the user to host it and all of the data that they want to collect. To maintain such a venture can become costly.
That said, this comes with the advantage of being allowed to host domestically. Such freedom is not afforded to users of Hubspot for example; where data is hosted in the U.S. and therefore subject to the Patriot Act. Compare this with our European servers where legal standards tend to be more in the direction of data protection.
Third Party Services
Marketing automation allows the launching of various actions according to user actions and pre-defined scenarios. This includes actions such as sending emails (the most popular), sending SMS, web notifications, and social media publishing; and with each new channel comes a new cost. These functions are not possible natively by Mautic, therefore their inclusion requires third-party applications.
Training and Support
With Mautic being an open source option there is a community of developers behind it. On the GitHub for the project you can find over 100 contributors where a dozen of our Webmecanik team are also active.
The community behind Mautic is amazing, but of course are not bound to install instances for new users, offer dedicated support, or deploy updates to all instances.

Billing Management (included)
myWebmecanik is equally a control panel. It is possible to access usage statistics and the billing of each of the Mautic instances that have been deployed. Number of contacts per instance, and the contact data itself is centralised.
