You will join a team of 20 passionate people.

Missions & profile

You will play a key role by joining the team closest to our customers. You are the direct link between Webmecanik and the outside world. Thanks to you, our clients are happy to use our marketing automation and CRM software with the guidance needed to ensure the success of their projects.

You will report to the sales department and be part of the customer success manager and account manager team.

Your missions:

Deliver training* on our Webmecanik Automation software to new users via blended learning (a learning path mixing face-to-face and e-learning). *Comprehensive internal training is provided. Retain and grow your client portfolio by identifying needs for support and complementary services. Retain and grow your client portfolio by identifying needs for support and complementary services.
Deliver the purchased support services and guide clients to increase their usage of the tool. Deliver the purchased support services and guide clients to increase their usage of the tool.

Profile:

  • Having already worked in the marketing, CRM and/or B2B SaaS space is a big plus. Ideally, you have a business/marketing school or engineering background, bachelor’s or master’s degree, and successful experience in managing customer accounts. Your sales acumen, appetite for new technologies and marketing will help you perform and thrive in this role.
  • You have already used marketing automation or CRM software.
  • Soft skills sought: curiosity, tenacity, willingness to share, honesty, kindness, and commitment.
  • Hard skills sought: you know how to build a relationship of trust and have strong verbal and written communication skills. As a good teacher, you understand the functional and strategic challenges of a digital project, you are organized, speak professional English, and have basic knowledge in marketing automation.
