Who is the training on combining CRM and marketing automation for?
The Webmecanik Academy training module on combining CRM and marketing automation is intended for sales teams as well as marketing.
Prerequisites: basic knowledge of marketing or sales and customer relationship management – the company being trained has a website and the teams being trained are in roles linked to customer relations or marketing. Use of the Webmecanik Pipeline or Webmecanik Automation software.
Teaching methods
Through the Webmecanik Academy method, you will train using different educational formats (video, quiz) based on the theoretical discovery of the CRM and marketing automation environment (vocabulary, use cases, etc.) and the direct application of these concepts to your company in the form of exercises and practical work.
