New features and functional improvements
Forms
- New form action: possibility of triggering the download of “the latest resource” assigned to a category – see FAQ.
- Phone number format validation: possibility of enabling restriction to the international format on a phone-type field. Very useful when you use the SMS channel.
Campaigns
- Update the company: in the campaign action “update the contact’s company”, you now have access to company fields.
- Linked actions: you can now place 2 actions in sequence (one linked to the other).
- Restricted sending dates and times: you can now restrict campaign actions to specific days and times. Thus, in a nurturing campaign for example, you can ensure that your emails are sent only on weekdays and during the day.
This takes the contact’s time zone into account (if provided) and allows you to send emails at the same time according to the contact’s local time.
Segments
- Campaign member: a new filter has been added, allowing you to create contact segments based on whether or not they belong to a campaign.
- Resource downloads : another filter appears, you can simply filter contacts who have downloaded one of your resources.
- Email send date: a new filter has been added to identify contacts associated with email send dates.
Emails
- Background images: it is now possible to add background images to your emails. Please note, some email clients (especially Outlook) do not support background images. As a result, they may not be displayed.
Points
- Repetition: the point actions you implement can now be repeatable (example: with each email open or each page visit).
Other
- General statistics: you can configure the default date filters (30 days, 3 months, one year) for the various displayed statistics (emails, dashboard, etc.), see FAQ.
