What is Webmecanik?
Webmecanik is a company from Haute-Savoie, founded in 2006 and reborn in 2015, that offers a marketing automation solution. The software is the first fully European one, based on open source (Mautic).
Beyond the software, at Webmecanik you will find a professional and responsive team to support you from choosing the solution to using it, including its implementation! And to top it all off, the company is GDPR-friendly and works with many other software solutions, including CRMs such as Ines or Weavy.
This year, AutomationDay is going 100% online, how will it work?
With Inwink, it was very easy to adapt to the online version: the platform offers many solutions for organizing this type of event. Workshops, conferences, everything is planned! The online version has many advantages: it is free, there are no travel or accommodation costs, and it saves time… but also a few drawbacks: no chance encounters around the corner of an aisle! AutomationDay’s mission this year will be to take advantage of the benefits of “online” and overcome the drawbacks, to improve the visitor experience. That’s perfect: customer experience is the theme of the 2020 event!
In 2020, customer experience is in the spotlight, what does that mean for Webmecanik?
At Webmecanik, customer experience is at the heart of our focus, in two ways. First of all, it is a key part of marketing automation. Scenarios make it possible to look after customers, to intervene automatically following certain actions or on key dates. The goal is to improve and facilitate the customer experience. Secondly, at Webmecanik, we look after our customers’ experience. Listening to them, understanding them, and helping them is a daily mission.
It is AutomationDay’s 5th anniversary: what feedback have you received on these first 5 years?
We have been partners of this event for 5 years. Each edition is a unique opportunity to exchange and learn with players in the sector. With around 300 participants at the latest edition and more than 90% satisfaction, we are delighted to embark on the 100% online adventure this year. We hope to take advantage of it to broaden participation across France, and even beyond, notably with the introduction of an English-language track throughout the day.
