How Zoho CRM & Webmecanik Automation synchronization works

Synchronization between a CRM and a marketing automation solution makes it possible to combine the information collected at both ends of the customer journey. Page visits, email opens, and interests shown on your site are recorded along with the data that contacts have shared with you through forms and exchanges with the sales team. Everything is grouped together in both solutions so that the information can be used in sales and marketing messages. In the synchronization between Zoho CRM and Webmecanik Automation, leads, contacts, and companies are exchanged between the two software solutions, along with the completed fields. These exchanges take place in real time and are organized by priority rules: information from Webmecanik Automation can delete and replace data in Zoho CRM, or vice versa, depending on the settings you have chosen.

The extra benefit of the integration between Zoho CRM  & Webmecanik Automation: controlled flows and pace

When configuring this integration, you will have the option to choose in detail which objects (contacts, leads, companies) to retrieve from the CRM. In return, you can choose to synchronize all your contacts from Webmecanik Automation to the CRM without any filter, or on the contrary send only carefully selected contacts from your campaigns. It is also possible to send contacts to your sales representatives based on a certain number of points, to ensure that they only have to deal with the hottest prospects!
