2020, A CRAZY YEAR

We are very happy to see most of our clients who went through the COVID19 period in a much better position than their direct competitors. Automating the entire customer relationship, before and after sales, enabled them not only to continue being present and active in their market, but also to gain market share from competitors who remained absent.

We won many more new clients this year and achieved revenue growth of +25%. Webmecanik was also able to earn the trust of new software publishers that integrate the Webmecanik Automation module as a feature of their CRM or ERP software. Users of YellowboxCRM from Dimo Software, and Divalto Weavy can now deploy marketing campaigns very easily.

We are also very happy to offer new plans and features that make marketing easier for our clients.

A brand new email builder

Since October, we have rolled out a brand new responsive email builder offering state-of-the-art UX for all our clients. It has never been easier to create stylish and effective email campaigns. We are now positioning ourselves as the perfect replacement solution for users of classic emailing solutions with often outdated email creation interfaces, offering new features worthy of major market players such as Mailchimp or Sendinblue, while adding all the features of marketing automation. Also an excellent alternative for users of automation software that is now outdated!

This new email builder is now available in the marketing automation software Webmecanik Automation.

Learn marketing automation anywhere, anytime, from your computer

academy

We listened to our clients. Their main concern is being able to progress throughout the year. Not just during the first days of training and deployment. They want to be able to easily revisit a feature or concept, and share it with colleagues or new hires.

We worked with instructional design and video specialists. Webmecanik’s customer managers, support team, and even the developer teams collectively contributed to a unique training methodology.

This method will be available to all Webmecanik Automation users 24/7 for the entire duration of their software contract. Our clients will be able to progress in marketing automation and implement new concepts at their own pace and that of their company. From onboarding to the rollout of new subsidiaries, new brands, or simply new ideas!

The entire Webmecanik team is very excited to present its Academy and its new training method, at the very beginning of 2021, to the clients who will have the privilege of accessing it. Keep a close eye on your next newsletter!
