the sunday crm migration

An attempt to appease users after migrating their CRM tool over the weekend:

“Dear CRM users,

Thank you for taking the time to read this entire email before getting down to work this Monday morning.

This weekend, while you were merrily and quite rightly frolicking in green meadows (well, not with this cold weather), we migrated your CRM to the very latest version of Sugar.

The operation went well (we’ll be going to bed before 2 a.m. and your data is still there…).

When you log in this morning, you will probably be “disturbed” by a slightly different interface. Over the course of the day, you will call us idiots at least 15 times and say 10 times “it was better before.” We accept this sad fate.

However, aside from a few details, everything should work exactly the same way as before.

This version brings major improvements, particularly in terms of reporting, but we will look at that together during our next training session.

If you have any problems, do not hesitate to call the hotline.

We wish you an excellent week. Be nice: bring in business :-)”
