INWINK, SPONSOR OF AUTOMATIONDAY 2020

What is inwink?

inwink is the all-in-one event-intelligence platform that enables companies to engage their audience throughout the year around their B2B event strategy by:

  • Orchestrating the entire organization of events – physical, digital, or hybrid – from a single platform;
  • Offering participants and partners an exceptional online experience 100% in the event’s branding: website, on-site app for in-person events, etc.;
  • Capturing the data generated during events, a valuable source of insights on prospects and customers to drive their engagement.

This year AutomationDay is going 100% online thanks to the inwink platform. How will it work?

2020 has been a very special year for B2B event organizers. With covid-19, first-half events planned as in-person events were sometimes canceled or postponed, and in other cases transformed into a 100% digital format.

In some ways, this completely unpredictable context enabled many players to accelerate a transition that was already underway toward digital or hybrid formats for their events. AutomationDay is one of them! The biggest challenge in moving to a 100% digital event is to offer participants an experience as engaging as at a physical event.

That is what a platform like inwink makes possible, designed to maximize interaction opportunities between participants, partners, and speakers in a format suited to digital (and not simply copied and pasted from a physical event).

Automation Day’s digital format is built around 4 main pillars:

  • LIVE VIDEO SESSIONS integrated into the event website and accessible to logged-in registered attendees. The core of the event lies in the quality of the presentations. inwink enables organizers to offer a smooth and enjoyable participation experience for these different sessions live and on replay (plenaries and workshops).
  • LIVE INTERACTIVITY to strengthen participant engagement during video sessions, with a chat where participants and partners can write comments during live sessions, a Q&A where participants can ask the speaker questions, or a Live Poll tab where the speaker can offer polls to participants during their presentation, to liven up the live session.
  • BUSINESS MEETINGS where partners and participants can organize virtual meetings for one-to-one business appointments.
  • NETWORKING between participants who have given their opt-in to network. Participants can search for contacts, send messages, propose meetings during the event, etc. When they register, they declare their interests, areas of expertise, etc. so they can be matched more easily with their peers to facilitate meetings between participants who share common challenges.

In 2020, customer experience is in the spotlight; what does that mean to you at inwink?

A successful customer experience is the key to success! In the design and constant evolution of our platform, it is one of our strategic priorities. At inwink, customer experience covers two realities:

  • The experience of our direct clients:  event organizers: inwink is designed so that event organizers can orchestrate their entire event strategy from an all-in-one platform where all their data is centralized: from website creation to managing check-in and on-site interactions for physical events, including invitation orchestration and the management of networking and business meetings…
  • The experience of our clients’ clients: partners and participants: inwink makes it possible to offer participants and partners an exceptional digital and on-site experience that is consistent at every stage. That is at the heart of the challenge for brands that organize their events.

Inwink has now been an AutomationDay partner for the second year; what is your feedback on this event?

Marketing automation is an important topic for us. At the heart of the customer lifecycle, event strategy and marketing automation go hand in hand to engage prospects and customers and nurture them. For inwink, AutomationDay is a great opportunity to meet other marketing professionals to share best practices and think together about the B2B marketing of tomorrow.
