The ideal time to communicate with each contact

The concept behind this innovation is simple, yet powerful. Instead of relying on generic or assumption-based sending times, the email sending feature uses artificial intelligence to analyze the behavior of each contact individually. By examining the opening times of previous messages, as well as interactions with emails, pages visited, or forms submitted, the AI determines the optimal time to send your email to each contact.

Let AI make the choice for you

If you let the artificial intelligence make the decision for you, our system will send your email at the best time for each contact within 24 hours of your sending. In practice, the AI will base its decisions on the following principles:

  • Last contact’s opening time: based on the last interaction (email reading, for example), our sending system adjusts the time to match when the contact is most likely to engage with the content.
  • Last activity time: in the absence of information on the opening time, the AI uses the most recent activity data, such as a page visit or a form submission. This captures a window when the contact was previously active and potentially more receptive.
  • Immediate sending: if none of the data above is available, the message is sent immediately, ensuring that the contact receives the information in a timely manner.

A customized and scalable approach

What makes this feature particularly interesting is its ability to adapt and refine over time. After sending a few messages, the AI will be able to determine the ideal timing for each contact with an even greater outcome, enhancing the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
