The Relationship Network enables a variety of relationships to be established 

  • Traditional links with the relationship “is linked to“,
  • Membership links with the relationships “has as a member” or “is a member of“,
  • Business links with the status “has as a customer” or “is a customer of“,
  • The setup of organizational structures with the relationships “has as a subsidiary” or “is a subsidiary of“,
  • Highlighting business referrals with the links “is referred by” or “has referred“.

With this feature, visualize and manage the relationship network directly from a company record, which is essential for understanding the extent and nature of interactions between different organizations.

Automatic relationship management 

When creating a relationship, for example, between company A and company B where company Ahas as a customer” company B, reciprocity is immediately established, recording company B as “being a customer of” company A. This intuitive mechanism ensures data integrity and simplifies navigation in your CRM.
