The Webmecanik team is really happy as most of our customers got through the COVID19 period in a much better position than their direct competitors. If digital transformation is a task put to the test every day, the automation of campaigns across the entire customer journey is a real asset for our users who retain their clients by building a unique and differentiating customer experience every day. 

Webmecanik is no exception to the rule and during the first half of 2020 our overall growth was about +28%, both with the arrival of new customers, but also with strong growth in the use of our marketing campaigns by our loyal users during the Covid period.

Brand new multi-account management interface

 



At the very start of the year, our multi-client agency partners and major accounts with numerous subsidiaries had the management of their campaigns made easier with the adoption of our new multi-account management interface

As marketing managers, our clients must constantly optimize their working time to gain productivity. With this platform, they bring together customers, brands or subsidiaries in the same place. They deploy instances of marketing automation with one click.

In addition, once connected to the platform, they have direct access to all their instances thanks to Single Sign On (SSO), no need to reconnect each time.

By the end of 2020 it will also be possible to duplicate marketing automation campaigns between different accounts. Thus, when scenarios that perform a brand, in one click the scenario will be duplicated and installed on another instance, as well as email templates and other landing pages.

 

 

Mautic 3 builds the marketing campaign of the future



These long-awaited improvements are not only important for future security, stability and performance, but also lay the foundation for future development. Indeed although there are nearly 4.000 files modified in the codebase, there will be little impact to Mautic and Webmecanik users in their daily work. The most significant changes will impact developers to accelerate the innovation that will impact significantly the way to deploy automatic campaigns in the next couple of years.    

The good news is that for Webmecanik customers it was seamless as by September, all our happy customers will be migrated automatically to the Mautic 3.x release, that being effortless for them.

Furthermore, we are as a team very proud to confirm our major role in the Mautic Community by contributing up to 35% of the 3.0.1 release, 42% to the 3.0.2 and 42% to the very recent 3.1.0.

 

Brick, our brand new email editor


Most of the email builders on the market all have ergonomic shortcomings. These technologies, often built several years ago, become a compilation of features without putting the user back at the heart of the project.  

Thus we started from a new, virgin base, allowing us to put the user at the center of the need. We are now very excited to present our brand new email editor which integrates new functional and ergonomic improvements to Mautic marketing campaigns.
