New segmentation filters

The segmentation filters have evolved and now offer new segmentation options that make it easier to use the behavioral data of your visitors on your website or during a webinar, through new segmentation options. You'll be able to customize further your customer journey and improve relationships with your contacts.

Here is an overview of the new available filters:

  • filter on members of a current or past campaign
  • include contacts who received an email on a specific date
  • filter contacts who have interacted with a form or your webinars
  • filter by the date of the first or last conversion

Tag manager

Tags allow you to easily add information to a contact based on their behavior when they go through an event or a campaign. Based on your feedback, we have simplified the accessibility and visualization of tag-derived data.

Now, you are able to create and delete tags, view the number of contacts with a specific tag, and, as a bonus, you can edit the tag description to add more context.

Synchronization (via plugin) between Pipedrive and Webmecanik Automation 

Thanks to a complete overhaul of the Pipedrive synchronization plugin, you can now easily  centralize more of your data without having to manually enter or import it.

This synchronization provides:

  • bi-directional synchronization
  • Synchronization of behavioral data
  • Synchronization of contacts and companies
  • Mapping of native and custom fields

This feature lets you trigger effective marketing automation campaigns by combining your sales and behavioral data.

Landing page optimization 

Lead capture often involves creating forms and landing pages. To help you with your lead capture strategy, we've enhanced our features to make them even more accessible.

New landing page builder

Your landing page creation tool is evolving to give greater flexibility and customization! The landing page builder has been redesigned. An advanced responsive design engine for mobile devices has been added.

Optimization of your communication channels

New elements also appear:

  • Navbar (navigation menu)
  • Section text (title + text)
  • Map
  • Countdown timer
  • Quote

All these elements can now be added to your landing pages, but we won't stop there: your Page Builder will continue to evolve for better usability throughout 2024!

Variable preview

Review your variables before launching your emails and landing pages. The email preview tool replaces all the variables in your email or landing page and dynamically displays content tailored to the contact.

You don't have to worry about the end result!

Email scheduling

Our email scheduling interface has evolved this year to give you more control over your email schedules. You can now:

  • Program an email using a new "program" button
  • Continue sending emails to new contacts from a segment even after the initially scheduled send date
  • Specify a period during which the email will be sent by setting an end date
  • Track your schedules using different statuses (Published, sent, expired, sending)

You can be sure not to miss the right time to send your emails.

Sending SMS

For sending your SMS, we have made some great improvements! The interface for creating and scheduling SMS has been redesigned, with new small features introduced, such as the ability to count the number of characters, and your SMS can now be personalized directly from your contacts' records.

Automatic A/B testing

Test different versions of your emails and automatically send the best-performing version to the rest of your segment using our performance analysis system.

It's simple: you define the test sample and the test period in advance. Then you determine the winner, and the rest of the target audience receives the winning e-mail.

Lead scoring

Now, track the progress of your contacts through the various stages of your conversion funnel by setting up point groups, which means creating different scoring rules for groups you've defined. This is particularly useful in a strategy where you want to implement scoring based on different products or interests of your consumers.

Lead management

The lead management feature is evolving with a brand new conversion tracking graph. Track the progress of your prospects to know exactly which stage of your conversion funnel they are in. You will also be able to discover how long they typically take to move to the next stage.

In 2023, we launched a new page builder that didn’t meet the same enthusiasm and requirements. That is why we are currently working and plan to launch within 2024, a completely new Landing Page Builder made from the same UI as our world-class Email Builder.

Form style builder
