Because every detail matters, and based on your feedback, we are pleased to introduce a simple yet powerful enhancement: the redesign of the email scheduling interface. This new feature will be implemented in the next few days in your Webmecanik Automation software.

Scheduling can make a difference in a marketing strategy: it allows you to reach the right person at the right time by preparing your mailings in advance. Set the date, specify the time, and choose the perfect moment to engage your audience.

How to use this feature?

  • Schedule with ease : after creating your email, simply pick a date and time for its dispatch by clicking on the "Schedule" button
  • More control: you can decide if the email should continue to be sent to new contacts who join a segment after the initial dispatch. And if you wish, you can specify an end date for sending
  • Monitor your actions: an indicator will notify you when the email is in the process of being sent or if your scheduled sending has concluded

Rest assured that your existing schedules will remain unchanged and will transition smoothly to this new version.
