Automation Update - January 2018

We are pleased to inform you of the release of the new version of your Webmecanik Automation software!
This contains many new features and functionality improvements! You will find many campaign actions, new fields for your forms, and internal notifications for campaigns and point triggers.
 

List of Functionalities

Contacts and Companies

  • You can import company .csv files

Campaigns

  • New action "show focus object";
  • New action "send email to user" allows you to send a notification at any time in a campaign, to any user;
  • New action "update the owner of the contact";
  • New Decision "clicked in email", allows you to create a decision tree in your campaign based on the contact's click on a link in your email;
  • You can now preview your campaigns.

Web Forms

  • You can now add company fields when you build a form (This new feature is currently being stabilised by our developers);
  • There is a new type of "file" field to offer your contacts to upload a .pdf file for example.

Channels

  • You can click on the statistics tags (those who opened) of the emails to display the list of people concerned;
  • Build a preference center for your contacts;
  • In the email and landing page builder, you can now clone sections.

Points

  • Create notifications in point triggers when one of your contacts exceeds a point threshold!

Général

  • You can put your Google Analytics ID and Facebook pixel tracking in the configuration to have it automatically added to your landing pages.
